Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. This information is 100% secure, as are any credit card details you send us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else ouside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros, or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo and Mastercard. Online ordering is securely encrypted, or you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail.
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges inside the UK are £3.60 per order up to the value of £40, orders above £40 are shipped free of charge.
Orders are sent by first class post in the UK, and by airmail overseas.
EU orders, including Eire are charged at £6.00 (approx 9 Euros) per order.
Orders outside of the EU are charged at £10.00 per order (approx $15 USD).

All orders are sent in totally discreet packaging, without any reference to their contents.
Delivery Schedule Your order will be processed immediately, the same day if received by close of business (5pm UK time).
Your order will normally be despatched within 1 - 5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery as with other mail order companies
We will contact you to advise if longer delays are anticipated.
Back Orders If you have ordeded several items and one or two are out of stock, these will be held until the other items arrive, normally within a few days. We will email you after this time if there is a further delay.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Our VAT registration number is: 817 7315 21.
Orders outside the European Union are exempt from VAT, and if your shipping address is not within the EU you should check the relevent box.

Please note made to measure items cannot be cancelled as the cloth has been cut.

Returns Policy Before returning any items to us, for whatever reason, please email us at sales@eden-lingerie.co.uk, or call us on 01455 636 482. We will then issue you with a returns number.
Please note, all returns must be sent back to us within 14 days.
Unfortunately the postage is not refundable.
All correctly supplied items sent back for a refund will be subject to a £5.00 cancellation fee.
Items returned for exchange and faulty items are not subject to this fee.
All returns MUST be sent recorded delivery, as we cannot give refunds for items lost in the post.
